I just love the morning light to take pictures, for me it's the best.

Somewhere Else III

Hey there!

Guys, you probably know I'm supposed to start university today. Yeah, finally, the most anticipated step.

The only thing is... ahh, how can I say it? I won't start today, nor tomorrow. In fact, I will start next year (exactly in January) WHAT THE F*CK IS WRONG WITH YOU? ALL THAT EXCITEMENT FOR NOTHING? you must be asking, okay okay, calm down... Just let me explain you.

The perfect bike

If you follow me on Instagram, you've probably seen this bike. It used to be my grandpa's bike, now he gave it to me. Crazy, I know.

It's a Rudge-Whitworth from the 1940s (I think?), well, the point is that I absolutely love love love looove it. It's perfect, the color is beautiful and it's just so comfortable... It's like a dream. And it's perfect, because mine is not working right now.

My essentials: Oxford shoes

They say you can judge a man by his shoes, I think that's true. And that's one of the reasons why I try to stick to the classic ones as much as possible, you know.

Especially oxford shoes, they're simply perfect. They're such a classic and timeless piece. I think everyone should own at least two pairs of black oxfords, becuase they can work with almost any outfit (like jeans and a button down shirt, for example).

My own fall lookbook

Ahh lookbooks, I love them with all my heart but, to be honest, I think I've seen loads of them this season. Really, they're kind of everywhere; Pinterest, Tumblr, ugh.

You know that I always like to share my love for a good lookbook or campaign. But you know what? Since I'm a bit tired of the 'lookbook explosion' (can I say that?), I've decided to create my own for this fall. Yup, that's it. Let me explain you...

On the Street... Ciudad Colonial.

3.1 Phillip Lim x Target

Ohh you know, yesterday (like always) I was just surfing the web, and then I found this. Yes, a collaboration between Phillip Lim and Target... when I first saw it, I thought I was dreaming or something.

The truth is, I don't even know what to say about this, except that I LOVE IT. Really!! For me, this is probably one of the best things happening this fall (besides from the fresh weather, yeah).

Black jeans

These are just basic. And believe me, I've been trying very hard to find the perfect black jeans, it's like a journey.

And when I was looking for them, I found this pair and I inmediately knew they were perfect. Black and a little washed, with the ideal fit. And the good thing about them is that I can wear them any season!

Mildred Ilene

This is my cousin Mildred Ilene. As you probably know, we were celebrating her birthday a few months ago.

Well, I wanted to talk about how interesting Mildred's style is. It's so laidback you know, like these people who just look effortlessly great. I felt that I had to share this photo with you, I mean it's from months ago but who cares?

She looked so pretty in that mullet dress. So dramatic, so cool.

I personally think that girls who don't try hard are the ones that look good in almost anything, what do you think?

Hey! (The monday update)

Hey there! As you know, I'm very comfortable these days (Ahhh, vacations!) but I shouldn't be. I'll start university in just 3 weeks, can you believe that?

Bye bye lazy days! No more going to bed at 1am and waking up at 11. Oh well...

Anyway, let's talk about some things that are in my mind right now.

ZARA AW13 Man

I know I've been talking a lot about campaigns lately but ohh, I just can't help it. I'm an aesthetic lover.

I'm always like that when a new campaign comes out, if I like it, I feel like I have the urge to talk about it on the blog. And that's exactly how I felt when I first saw this campaign. Here's what I think about it and some of my favorite photos.

ZARA AW13 Woman

Okay. This video is perfect. Caroline Brasch, Juliane Gruner, Julia Nobis and Ashleigh Good did a perfect job when modeling for it. The way they're running, the dramatic yet modern music, everything is just marvelous.

I don't normally blog about womenswear but I thought this season's collection is great. We've seen a lot of inspiration from big fashion houses like Céline, Balenciaga and Saint Laurent for this season. The looks are great and I personally think that plaid red jacket is fantastic, as well as the hats and the coats, they look pretty cool. 

I also wonder why are the models running... I mean it looks so cool, but maybe it's a resemblance for this season's dramatic weather and clothes. What do you think it may mean?
